The Splitstream is a carburator upgrade product made out of a high tech nylon composite which separates the carburator intake into an upper and lower chamber. The Splitstream fits into the inlet side of the carburator allowing the air/fuel charge to flow through at a higher speed, since the upper half of the intake is semi-closed off from the partial throttle. This will result in increased power from bottom to half throttle on 2-stroke and 4-stroke bikes.

Splitstream Fuel Filter Screen CRF 250 2010 / CRF 450 2009/2010 .SPLITSTREAM Racing Products developed a special Nylon Fuel Filter Screen for the HONDA CRF 250 2010 and HONDA CRF 450 2009/2010 Electronic Fuel Injected Models . The HONDA CRF 250 2010 and HONDA CRF 450 2009/2010 Fuel Injected Models can have some serious fuel problems resulting in a bad running bike . Small particles like dirt, sand and debris entering the fuel tank can result in blocking the fuel pump and finally block and even destroy the fuel injection nozzle . This Fuel Filter Screen eliminates this problem by creating the fuel tank as a closed circuit which makes it impossible for any sand, dirt or debris entering the fuel tank . The SPLITSTREAM Fuel Filter Screen is fuel resistance and always stays in place in the fuel tank without any problem .

This SPLITSTREAM Fuel Filter Screen is a very simple solution to eliminate a big problem ! It is very easy to install without any modification to your original fuel tank or fuel tank cap .

SAFETY FIRST
The R&D Power Bowl is designed for the aggressive rider. Power Bowl eliminates bogging with a state of the art fuel baffling system, designed to expose jets to a constant fuel supply. The original design allows for an inconsistent fuel supply, creating the engine bog problem commonly attributed to the 2009 KTM65.

BIGGER IS BETTER
ALL carburetors work better without overflow hoses, however, it is not practical to eliminate the hoses, due to dirt and water exposure which will find it way into the float bowl. This new design has much larger ventilation hoses, simulating the removal of the overflow hoses without actually leaving them off. Carburetors work from a siphoning process, during hard riding fuel splashes into the ventilation passages, carburetors will not siphon correctly if the small hoses have fuel in them blocking the air flow. Large hoses allow air and fuel to pass by each other.

QUICK CHANGE
The Power Bowl is designed for easy jet changes, both low and high speed jets can now be reached through the bottom drain plug.

SPLITSTREAM VELOCITY INSERT TUBE FOR HONDA CRF 250/450 EFI  !For the Honda CRF 250/450 2010 Electronic Fuel Injection Bike we developed a Velocity Insert Tube .

The EFI's Throttle Body of the HONDA CRF 250/450 is 50mm in diameter which is far to big ! ( The Kawasaki KXF 450 and Suzuki RMZ 450 are only using a 43mm diameter Throttle Body )

After testing on racetracks with different diameters and venturi shapes at the front and backpart of the Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube we finally developed the best possible dimensions for this new Splitstream Product .

The Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube increases airvelocity by around 25% in the Honda CRF 250/450 EFI thottle body, increasing power in higher gears and faster speeds, with less use of the clutch. This also results in longer clutch life !

The Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube is a venturi which is placed in the back of the Honda's EFI Throttle Body. The Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube is very easy to install by removing the sub frame and air box which are the only things that need to be removed for installation .

SPLITSTREAM CRF FACTORY LINKFor the HONDA CRF 250 2010 and the HONDA CRF 450 2009/2010 model SPLITSTREAM RACING PRODUCTS developed a special rear suspension linkage arm to balance the bike improving overall stability and cornering by lowering the backpart of the bike without making the rear suspension softer.
This way the bike will have more stability and easier to ride entering corners and is also designed to reduce rear end kicking and pitching to the front.

No other set up is needed to your suspension with this link and installation is very easy .

The SPLITSTREAM Factory Linkage Arm is CNC-machined out of High Grade 7075 Alloy and has a factory look red anodized finish . Comes all ready to bolt on with original OEM HONDA bearings and dustseals .

CLAMSHELL
The stock KTM65 valve housing is not design to be accessed, user friendly it is not. Continual maintenance is required for top performance. Oil accumulation in the valve housing is a constant issue that need to be addressed. Clamshell EVC Valve housing provides a EZ drain screw for oil accumulation and a detachable/hinged top with a single screw on the left side for quick inspection and maintenance.

KTM's single rate power valve spring is replaced with the "EVC" (EXHAUST VELOCITY CONTROLLER) a progressive rate spring specifically design to optimize the power across the full RPM range, providing a .4hp gain from 8000 RPM to 12000 RPM, a 1hp boost at peak and .4hp after the peak, a real serious improvement not to mention increasing the fun factor!

ALMOST AWESOME
The 2009 KTM65 has a great engine, the heart of this new engine is the nematic (air pressure) activated power valve. This little device when working properly will help to create an amazing power band, however the factory completely missed the mark, the stock setting does not even come close to optimizing the full potential. Non linear pressure pulses in the exhaust pipe will not allow the (stock KTM) linear power valve spring to give optimum performance. The objective with any power valve is to maintain a specific back pressure, not too much and not too little. Our EVC (EXHAUST VELOCITY CONTOL) spring is engineered to do just that, much improvedthrottle response has been achieved along with a meatier midrange, Once the power valve is operating correctly, it's time to tune the porting and crank case volume to get the perfect balance of port timing and pressure pulses, creating an awesome little power plant.
