This alloy offers high strength and lightweight (half the weight of the stock steel fasteners), high corrosion resistance. Ti 6AI-4V finds many uses in the aerospace and motorsports.

The Splitstream Uni Valve Air Fork System for the KAWASAKI KXF 450 2013/2014 makes it possible to regulate air pressure to the front fork in a very easy and more accurate way .

The Splitstream Air Fork Pump is a specially designed Air Fork Pump for the currently 2013 and 2014 Motocross bikes models using the High Tech Pneumatic Air Forks .
The Genuine Workshop Manual, which comes with your new bike, provides the required pressure scales for the Air Fork .
- Note: Do not exceed the maximum air fork pressure !

Air Fork Pressure measurements should be checked every day you start riding and during the day as the temperature in the fork normally increases .

SPLITSTREAM HI-FLOW YAMAHA YZ250F IMPELLER

The 2014/2016 Yamaha YZF 250 introduced a new lightweight plastic waterpump impeller design that is proving to be problematic because of the waterpump shaft snapping in half !
Riders are reporting failure at an alarming rate at around the 5 hour point and there has been at least one failure on a stock bike as early as 1.5 hours of race use . This is especially concerning as you won’t know that it has failed untill it is too late and serious engine damage may have occurred from overheating . We developed this waterpump shaft kit out of a heat treated billet steel with a bronze surface treatment to prevent corrosion and improve resistance to wear .
This waterpump shaft kit solves the problem for good and is available as a standard and oversized version .

Available in Hi-Flow version and Standard version for YAMAHA YZF 250 2014/2016 .

Splitstream Oversized Waterpump Kit

For the MX models Splitstream Racing Products developed a special waterpump kit which improves the cooling circulation of the stock waterpump . The waterpump kit has a bigger CNC-Machined impeller which increases the amount of coolant running through the cooling system .
This will reduce overheating and lowers the overall temperature of the cooling fluid and the complete engine, which finally results in better performance . All waterpump kits come with OEM gasket and bolts where required .

SPLITSTREAM FUEL FILTERS

The Splitstream Fuel Filter is developed to keep your Fuel Injected Bike running without any Fuel issues .
All dirt, like sand, dust, debris and other very small particles, which enter your fuel tank during filling up will damage your expensive Fuel Pump and Injector Nozzle .
Finally the dirt, like sand, dust, debris and other very small particles will clog up the Injector Nozzle as this part has very small 30 micron holes . ( The Splitstream Fuel Filter Mesh we use is 25 Micron ! )
All these above mentioned issues will cause a bad running bike as it will get too lean on fuel due to the above mentioned problems with the fuel pump and Injector Nozzle .
Since 3 years we have sold a lot of the Splitstream Fuel Filters with very good feedback and excellent results . For the moment we also have the Splitstream Fuel Filter for the KTM SXF 2013 Screw Cap Model . The images show the way the Splitstream Fuel Filter stays in the Fuel Tank witout any issue or interference with the Fuel Cap .

SPLITSTREAM Racing Products developed a special Nylon Fuel Filter Screen for the HONDA CRF 250 2010/2015, HONDA CRF 450 2009/2015, KAWASAKI KXF 250 2011/2015, KAWASAKI 450 2009/2015 and KTM SXF 250/350 2011/2015 and The new Screw Cap Model KTM SXF 250/350/450 Fuel Injection Models . Honda uses a plastic radiator plug on their CRF 250 2014/2016 / CRF 450 2013/2016 models which can be damaged very easily or even melts under extreme conditions that finally causes badly engine damage when loosing coolant .
This stock OEM HONDA radiator plug is not available as a single part, only can be ordered together with a complete OEM HONDA left side radiator !
For both of these reasons Splitstream Racing Products developed a Alloy CNC Machined and red anodized replacement radiator plug for the HONDA CRF 250 2014/2016 / CRF 450 2013/2016 .
The Splitstream radiator plug comes with a special heath resistant O-ring and can be replaced in a minute with the OEM HONDA plastic radiator plug .

SPLITSTREAM VELOCITY INSERT TUBE FOR HONDA CRF 250/450 EFI !

For the Honda CRF 250 2010/2011and Honda CRF450 2009/2010 Electronic Fuel Injection Bike we developed a Velocity Insert Tube .

The EFI's Throttle Body of the HONDA CRF 250/450 is 50mm in diameter which is far to big ! ( The Kawasaki KXF 450 and Suzuki RMZ 450 are only using a 43mm diameter Throttle Body )

After testing on racetracks with different diameters and venturi shapes at the front and backpart of the Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube we finally developed the best possible dimensions for this new Splitstream Product .

The Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube increases airvelocity by around 25% in the Honda CRF 250/450 EFI thottle body, increasing power in higher gears and faster speeds, with less use of the clutch. This also results in longer clutch life !

The Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube is a venturi which is placed in the back of the Honda's EFI Throttle Body. The Splitstream Velocity Insert Tube is very easy to install by removing the sub frame and air box which are the only things that need to be removed for installation .

SPLITSTREAM CRF FACTORY LINK

For the HONDA CRF 250 2010/2011 and the HONDA CRF 450 2009/2011 model SPLITSTREAM RACING PRODUCTS developed a special rear suspension linkage arm to balance the bike improving overall stability and cornering by lowering the backpart of the bike without making the rear suspension softer.
This way the bike will have more stability and easier to ride entering corners and is also designed to reduce rear end kicking and pitching to the front.

No other set up is needed to your suspension with this link and installation is very easy .

The SPLITSTREAM Factory Linkage Arm is CNC-machined out of High Grade 7075 Alloy and has a factory look red anodized finish . Comes all ready to bolt on with original OEM HONDA bearings and dustseals .
